Arthur Tesler, a police officer, of Atlanta, pleaded guilty to federal conspiracy charges. Arthur Tesler pleaded guilty to the shooting death of Kathryn Johnston, 92. Arthur Tesler had already been jailed on a conviction that said he lied to investigators about the failed drug raid that resulted in the death of Kathryn Johnston. Johnston died after narcotics law officers burst into her home on Nov. 21, 2006.
