The Antioch shooting on a teen happened near a high school. Antioch saw a violent shooting on Wed, Sep 16, near Deer Valley High School. Antioch issued the lockdown on all schools in the city to facilitate police investigations. By afternoon, the Antioch lockdown was lifted.

The Antioch shooting happened to the male teen after he had a verbal fight. The Antioch school boy was attacked by someone who wasn’t a student. The male teen victim was on his way to school in a common car pool with his friends. Another car pulled up to their car in Antioch and there was a fight. The male teen was then shot.

The Antioch shooting saw the male teenager being airlifted to a hospital in Walnut Creek. Police said the victim had critical gunshot wounds. Police are hunting down the suspects. No suspects were named.
