TO, the rapper, has been sentenced to prison. TO, aka Antavio Johnson, 20, was convicted and sentenced to 2 years in prison for composing a rap song called “Kill Me A Cop”. TO started to serve out his prison term on July 24.

TO’s lawyer said he did not mean to threaten to kill the police officers. TO allegedly was venting his frustration. TO/ Johnson pleaded no contest to the charge to avoid a longer prison sentence.

Florida’s assistant state attorney Chip Thullbery said TO made specific threats to certain people and his actions should be punished by law.
