Daisuke Enomoto is angry Anousheh Ansari replaced him in the space flight. Daisuke Enomoto has sued Space Adventures for rejecting him on false pretense.

Daisuke Enomoto, 37, had paid $21 million to fly in space on board the Russian Soyuz capsule in September 2006. Daisuke Enomoto was booted off a month before take off because the officials cited his medical condition made him unsuitable. Daisuke Enomoto had kidney stones. Anousheh Ansari, a business woman based in Dallas, was chosen to take his place.
