Anne Melican & Harvey Strother: Melican fights Strother estate
By Therese Lisieux on April 14th, 2009Anne Melican, the surviving mistress of Harvey Strother, has sued his estate. Melican maintained Strother made legitimate changes to his will to bequeath her about $6 million of his estate. Strother left the remainder $31 million to his wife Betty Strother, their children and grandchildren. The case was heard in Georgia’s Supreme Court.
Anne Melican alleged she was entitled to receive a monthly allowance of $7,900, a condominium home in Marco Island, Florida and health insurance, a condo unit in Cape Code, Massachusetts, a boat slip in Florida and a property in Florida for her son.
Strother’s friend described his state in Dec 2003 as being an alcoholic. Strother died in Jan 2004 when he was 78 years old. Strother’s grandson has challenged his grandfather’s will with amendments made to benefit Anne Melican.
After a trial in 2008, the jury agreed with Melican on two amendments while they agreed with the Strother family on one amendment to Strother’s will.
On one amendment, the witnesses may have been absent. Melican’s attorney insisted the two witnesses to the amendment were present but may have forgotten they witnessed the amendment. Strother’s family did not agree with the jury’s verdict and were considering to take action to overturn their verdicts that worked against them.

The jury, lawyers, judge, etc… needs to know that Anne Melican is a gold digging WHORE!! This is not the first person to be a victim of hers & her son’s & certainly will not be the last. If she doesn’t face her judgement here on earth, then she will in her final resting place, which we all know where that will be!! I hope Anne’s next victim will be alert & realize what kind of games she & her son’s play!! Rest in HELL Anne!!!
