Anne Heche & Coley Laffoon: Laffoon divorces Heche (photo)

Anne Heche will pay for her divorce. Heche and her ex husband, Coley Laffoon, are officially divorced after their finalization this week. Heche and Laffoon agreed to spousal support based on a settlement.

Heche and Laffoon were married in 2001. Laffoon filed his lawsuit for divorce as he cited irreconcilable differences. Heche had accused him of visiting strip clubs, being a pornography user and not doing enough for their son. Laffoon claimed Heche was mentally unstable, as she had admitted in her autobiography called “Call Me Crazy”.

In the divorce, Anne Heche and Coley Laffoon get shared custody of their son, Homer, 6. Heche will be paying her ex husband $3700 monthly for child support. Heche will be paying Laffoon $515,000 in a lump sum settlement.

Anne Heche is pregnant with her boyfriend’s child. James Tupper is Heche’s boyfriend and the happy, expectant father. Heche said she was expecting to give birth in December 2009.

Anne Heche and James Tupper are going to become parents. Anne Heche, a former friend of Ellen DeGeneres, is now a co-star of James Tupper on ABC’s TV comedy cum drama, “Men in Trees.” Anne Heche started dating James Tupper while she was still married to her husband, Coleman “Coley” Laffoon.

In Jan. 2007, Anne Heche’s relationship with James Tupper was a gossip item in the media. Anne Heche and Coleman Laffoon have a son named Homer Heche Laffoon.

Anne Heche gave birth to her son, Atlas Heche Tupper. Atlas’ older brother is Homer Laffoon, 7 years old. Atlas Tupper was born during the previous weekend of March 7-8. Atlas Tupper weighed 6 pounds 12 ounces at birth.
