Anna Nicole Smith’s plastic surgeon, Dr. Gerald Johnson, and his wife, had a lawsuit to argue over their right to use the videotape of Anna Nicole Smith having breast augmentation surgery.

The judge in the lawsuit ruled that Dr. Gerald Johnson and Mrs. Johnson had no right to sell the tape. Dr. Gerald Johnson said that the confidentiality agreement died when Anna Nicole Smith died so he wanted to sell the tape. The judge ruled he could not. The judge had issued an injunction to stop the sale of Nicole-Smith’s breast augmentation surgery.
