Anita Page died at 98. Anita Page was an actress with MGM. Page’s contemporaries were Lon Chaney, Joan Crawford and Buster Keaton.

Anita Page made the transition from silent movies to talkies. Page passed away in her sleep. Her companion and friend, Randal Malone, announced her passing. Anita Page had acted for 84 years. Page’s daughter, Linda Sterne, paid tribute to her as being the best mother she could ever have. Linda House and Sandra House were Anita Page’s two daughters with her husband, Herschel House. Herschel House was a Navy aviator. House died in 1991. Anita Page’s last movie was “Frankenstein Rising.” Page had a small cameo role in the horror flick which would be released later in 2008.
