Angel Samos, 29, was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, sexual assault, shooting and attempted carjacking. Samos fled from pursuing police and he was shot. Samos was warded in a hospital in a stable condition.

Angel Samos has been accused of assaulting his girlfriend, when they were in southern LA. Samos took the victim and her daughter, 11 years old and a niece, 6 years old. Samos allegedly committed these deeds on Saturday, July 4.

On the same evening, Samos tried to do a carjacking and shot a woman, 24. The kidnapped woman victim escaped but the two children were left behind with Samos.

Samos arranged to meet his mother and took 2 more children with him. Samos was holding 4 children when he was confronted by police. Police said Samos had a gun in his hand when he ran away from them.
