Andy Dick was arrested outside a restaurant, Buffalo Wild Wings, in Murrieta. Police arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings in time to stop a truck from leaving the premises. Andy Dick was in the front seat of the truck. Andy Dick’s arrest happened on Jul. 16 2008.

A female teen, 17, identified Andy Dick as her assailant who sexually assaulted her. There were other witnesses. Andy Dick was said to be intoxicated. Andy Dick had marijuana and Xanax in his pant
pockets.
