Andy Dick went to court on Friday, Oct. 17. Andy Dick pleaded guilty to misdemeanor battery and marijuana possession in Murrieta, California. Andy Dick had additional charges of public intoxication and possession of Xanax without a valid prescription but these were dropped.

Andy Dick has been found guilty. Dick will have to wear a SCRAM alcohol monitoring anklet. Dick had gone up to a girl, 17, and suddenly pulled down her top, when they were standing outside a restaurant. This sexual assault accusation has been dropped.
