Common the rapper, has been accused of stealing a song. Andrew Marks and London McDaniels filed a lawsuit on Commnon, accusing him of stealing their song, “When Will The Day Come”. Common acknowledged that his song “Take It EZ” contained samples from “When Will The Day Come”.

Andrew Marks and London McDaniels have sued to get some compensation for their hard work.
