Andrew E Williamson-Noble, 20, of Irvington, N.Y, committed suicide in the library of New York University. Williamson-Noble jumped down from the 10th floor and landed on the lobby of the Bobst library. Williamson-Noble died on Tuesday, November 3.
Williamson-Noble was found at 4:30 am and sent to the hospital. Williamson-Noble passed away at 5 am.
New York University library has seen 6 previous suicides. The access to the balconies was actually blocked because of the deaths. There were no details on how Williamson-Noble went up to the 10th floor himself. It was told he used his student card to get into the library.
