Anandita Dutta Tamuly, 28, ate 51 “ghost chilies” in 2 minutes. The ghost chilie (sometimes spelled as ghost chilli) is the hottest chilie in the world. Tamuly’s feat may be entered into the Guinness World Records after they verify her claim. Tamuly ate her record breaking ghost chilies on Thursday, April 9, in Gauhati, India.

Tamuly performed her ghost chilie eating feat in front of Gordon Ramsay. Ramsay, of the UK, was in India filming for his new TV series on global food. Tamuly even rubbed some ghost chilie seeds on her eyes before she started eating them. Tamuly is amazing!
