The character, Michael Malone, campaigns to end the Fourth of July celebrations because he thinks that American history is offensive. Like the Christmas Carol story, the protagonist is visited by ghosts. Three ghosts of George Washington, General Patton and John F. Kennedy, visit Michael Malone, to change his mind.
