Amy Jacobson, ex NBC reporter, filed a lawsuit against CBS affiliate WBBM-TV. WBBM-TV aired a video of Amy Jacobson in a swimsuit, while she was at the home of Craig Stebic. Craig Stebic’s wife had disappeared and Stebic’s sister had invited Amy Jacobson inside the house to discuss the case.

Amy Jacobson said that she was on her way to bring her children swimming and that was why she was dressed in a swimsuit.

CBS portrayed her in an awkward situation and suggested that she was doing hanky panky with Craig Stebic. The airing of the video also suggested that Amy Jacobson was of disreputable character. Amy Jacobson lst her job at NBC. She wants a jury trial and about $1 million in damages.
