Amina Williams assaulted her cab driver when she refused to pay her full cab fare. Williams sprayed a pepper spray into Alexander Oseimensuo’s left eye when he tried to detain her for not paying him the full agreed amount of $142. Oseimensuo had drove Williams from Manhattan to Melville on Saturday, October 24.

Williams had agreed to pay Oseimensuo $142 but later offered him only $80. At the destination, which was the Melville Marriot Hotel, the hotel staff saw Williams attacking Oseimensuo with her spray. The worker called police and paramedics.

Oseimensuo related how the scary incident left him temporarily blinded for half an hour.
