Amber Hill, of Cleveland, was accused of drowning her 2 daughters in a bath tub. Amber Hill has changed her plea to not guilty by reason of insanity. Amber Hill waived her right to a trial by jury on Thursday, Jan 15. On Tuesday, Jan 20, a panel of 3 judges will hear her case.

In Oct. 2007, Amber Hill’s 2 daughters were killed in a bath tub, Amber Hill, 23, had previously pleaded not guilty. Amber Hill’s daughters were 2 and 4 years old. Hill did not have a history of neglecting her children. Authorities do not know about motives.
