Amber Carter, a teacher at Western Intermediate School, was caught on Tuesday, February 10. Carter is accused of prostitution. Carter is suspected of having used her school computer to set up her meetings so she was charged with unauthorized use of property. Carter has been put on administrative leave. A substitute teacher replaced Carter.

Amber Carter has 13 years of teaching experience. Carter has no history of work problems. In fact, Carter is a popular teacher.
