Italian prosecutors have asked that Amanda Knox, Raffaele Sollecito and Rudy Guede be tried for the murder of Meredith Kercher.

Amanda “Foxy” Knox, who was accused of killing the British exchange student Meredith Kercher, has kept a personal diary with 80 pages. Amanda “Foxy” Knox’s diary was written during her time in prison.

Amanda “Foxy” Knox wrote about the fan mail she received while inside the Italian jail. In addition, Amanda “Foxy” Knox claimed that one of her jailors had a crush on her.

On Nov. 1 2007, Meredith Kercher, 21, from Coulsdon, Surrey, UK, was found with her throats slashed 3 times. Meredith Kercher was nude from the waist down.

Meredith Kercher was dead in her house she shared with Amanda “Foxy” Knox and others. Amanda “Foxy” Knox & Meredith Kercher were housemates as they shared the house in Perugia, Italy.

Police suspect that Meredith Kercher was murdered because she refused to participate in a sex game with Knox, her boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, 24, and a drug-dealer friend, Rudy Guede, 20. Rudy Guede was from the Ivory Coast.

Amanda “Foxy” Knox ‘s parents are Curt Knox and Edda Millas. They live in Seattle but visit her often while she was in prison. Amanda “Foxy” Knox was arrested 5 days after the murder of Meredith Kercher and she has been imprisoned ever since. Amanda “Foxy” Knox claimed that she was innocent.

Amanda “Foxy” Knox’s diary showed little references to her friend Meredith Kercher. Experts had seized the diary to examine it. Amanda “Foxy” Knox said that she was with her boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito on the night that Meredith Kercher was killed. Raffaele Sollecito has refused to back up her alibi.

The prosecutor for the case said that the police had seized a knife from boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito’s apartment. He said that forensics found traces of Meredith Kercher’s blood on the blade and Amanda “Foxy” Knox’s DNA on the handle.

Amanda “Foxy” Knox had her blood tested and she is HIV positive. Amanda “Foxy” Knox has written in her diary about the 7 men who she shared intimacy with and concluded that she could have contacted HIV from a possible list of 3 men.

This case has been scheduled to be heard in an Italian court.
