Allison Iraheta American Idol: Allison Iraheta American Idol 4/14/09 (video)

By Therese Lisieux on April 14th, 2009

Quentin Tarantino, being a movie director, was a natural choice to be invited to become the mentor for the American Idol contestants this week. Tarantino had certain ideas on how a movie theme song should be delivered by the singer. Tarantino gave tips to Allison Iraheta on “Don’t Want To Miss A Thing”. The song was originally sung by Aerosmith in the movie Armageddon.

Allison Iraheta’s performance was good. She wore matching red pants to go with her hair.

Paula Abdul was the first to give her approval to Iraheta and Simon Cowell followed suit. By the way, Cowell had his friendly arm around Abdul’s chair. Cowell was in total compliance with Abdul. Is anyone surprised?

Quentin Tarantino coaches Allison Iraheta on “Don’t Want To Miss A Thing” and Iraheta’s final delivery of the song. Watch in the Video link.
