Allen Heckard, of Portland Oregon, has filed a lawsuit to sue Michael Jordan and Nike. Heckard said he wants to sue Michael Jordan fro looking like him. Heckard is 8 years older than Jordan and 3 – 6 inches shorter.

Allen Heckard wants to sue Michael Jordan for the emotional pain and suffering, defamation and permanent injury. Heckard sues Nike for making Jordan a celebrity. Heckard claimed all this made people mistake him for Michael Jordan and that was bad.

Allen Heckard wants $416 million from Michael Jordan and $416 from Nike. Heckard does not have a lawyer presently but hopes everything will fall into place for him soon.
