Aleyda Uceta: Aleyda Uceta bit principal & police officer
By Clarencia Cynrae on March 19th, 2009Aleyda Uceta, of Rhode Island, was charged for punching and biting her son’s school principal. Uceta, 30, was upset after Rudolph Moseley Jr, the principal, suspended Uceta’s son.
Uceta allegedly had the altercation after Moseley suspended her son, 11. Uceta resisted arrest and bit a police officer. Uceta’s son refused to obey instructions to go to a room for misbehaving pupils. Principal Mosely suspended him for 3 days.
Uceta was charged for assault on a school official, assault on police officer and resisting arrest.
