Alexis Rodriguez and his mother Consuelo Gonzales have been found by police. Rodriguez and Gonzales were allegedly kidnapped by Francisco Rodriguez, the father of the boy. Mr Rodriguez disapproved of a friendship Gonzales, 30, had with a man named Jose Chavez, 30.

Francisco Rodriguez is a suspect in the hit and run accident of Jose Chavez. Mr Rodriguez took his son, 18 months old, and his estranged wife Gonzales, into his car and drove away. Charez was found by police and sent to hospital in a critical condition.

Police are searching to locate Mr Rodriguez. Mr Francisco Rodriguez, 33, is Hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches, 170 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes.
