Robert Arquette became a transgender, Alexis Arquette, at the age of 38. The transformation was documented in a film, released as “Alexis Arquette: She’s My Brother.”

Alexis Arquette’s brother, David Arquette, is married to Courteney Cox. Alexis’ other siblings are Rosanna Arquette, Patricia Arquette, Richmond Arquette.
