Alexandra Winfield Stevenson is the daughter of Julius Winfield Erving II. Stevenson was born out of wedlock. Her mother, Samantha Stevenson, chose to give her, her biological father’s middle name, as her middle name too. Tom Friend, a writer, has recorded the story of Alexandra Winfield Stevenson as she journeyed to know her father. Julius Erving and Alexandra Stevenson were eventually reconciled.
