Alexander Khamish has raked up an exorbitant sum of $81,000 in parking tickets. New York City’s Number One Parking Ticket Offender is supposedly a man named Alexander Khamish.

Khamish claimed that the 415 parking tickets were issued to the wrong Alexander Khamish. Khamish alleged he had settled the case with the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). A spokesman from DMV denied having paperwork from Khamish regarding his allegations of resolving the case of the so called mistaken parking tickets.
