Alan Panettiere, father of Hayden Panettiere, was arrested for assaulting his wife, Lesley Panettiere, at 1 am Monday morning, August 11, 2008. Lesley Panettiere was hit in her face. Hayden Panettiere acts in Heroes.

Alan Panettiere was charged with one count of felony violence. Alan Panettiere is in jail, waiting for a bail of $50,000.

Alan Panettiere objected to Lesley Panettiere socializing with a man at a celebrity party that she attended with daughter Hayden Panettiere.

On the same night, Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend, Milo Ventimiglia, drove her van home and accidentally ran over a photographer’s foot.
