Alan W Livingston, the music executive creator of Bozo the Clown, has died. Livingston died at the age of 91. Livingston passed away at his Beverly Hills home. Livingston died of age related causes.

Alan Livingston signed on the Beatles to market them in the US. Livingston has been credited to having excellent taste and judgement. Livingston made good choices for Capital Records during his tenure as the President of the company.

Alan Livingston left behind his wife, Nancy Olson, a son, a daughter and a stepdaughter.
