Al Qaeda’s Abu Saeed al-Masri died

Abu Saeed al-Masri, a senior Al Qaeda commander, has been killed by Pakistani forces in a Pakistani region near the Afghan border. A security officer spoke on condition of anonymity.

This unverified news comes from Peshawar, Pakistan. Why release news when it can not be verified?
