Ajmal Naqshbandi, a local reporter in Afghanistan, was captured by the Taliban in July. Ajmal Naqshbandi has been killed by his captors because the Afghan government failed to honor their requests. The Taliban wanted the release of their senior leaders from the Afghan prisons. President Hamid Karzai, of Afghanistan, said he won’t deal with the Taliban to exchange prisoners for captured victims.
