Aimee Dias, Jodi Jacolow, Brent Yessin arrested on alleged sex case (photo)
By Clarencia Cynrae on December 22nd, 2008Aimee Marie Dias, 35, went into the women’s restroom at SideBern’s restaurant. Dias claimed she saw George Anthony Hochschwender, a teacher at Tampa General Hospital, and Jodi Jacolow, 32, of Tampa, having sex. Dias said something to confront Jacolow and Hochschwender. Jacolow and Hochschwender ended up fighting on the bathroom floor. Dias did not know Jacolow and Hochschwender prioor to this altercation.
Hochschwender claimed he was not having sex with Jacolow. Jacolow was comforting him on a poor relationship. Hochschwender alleged Dias punched him. Hochschwender said Jacolow and Dias fought and went to the main bar floor.
Brent Warren Yessin, 45, of Tampa, offered his services as an attorney to the those involved in the altercation. Yessin misrepresented himself to the police when they arrived at the scene. Yessin refused to leave the restaurant and he was arrested but Yessin resisted his arrest. Consequently, Yessin was charged for obstructing a police officer. Dias and Jacolow were arrested on battery charges. Both later agreed to drop the charges on each other.

Anyone who knows the parties involved personally, knows that this is not and could never be true. Just sorry to see good peoples’ reputations being slandered.
OT: GH is not a teacher, nor does he work at the hospital. He works for Jodi, and was at the restaurant with her, along with her HUSBAND. Again, if you know them, you’re upset that this is being done to them.

i agree with “in the know”. george would not be “having sexual relations” with a woman PERIOD. it also would be perfectly natural for george to walk into the ladies room with jody, he is practically one of the “sisters” for chrissake! that dias woman absolutely threw the first punch……. and misconstrued what was going on completely. the worst thing about all of this is the conduct on behalf of the police.

also, hochschwender left the employ of the TGH education team under good terms years ago. get your facts straight!

The charges against all, including Mr. Yessin were dropped and the judge admonished the arresting officers for “poor judgement.” More stellar behavior by Tampa PD.
