Mike Burgess, the Custer County Sheriff, resigned on Wed. April 16. The State prosecutors have filed 35 felony charges against him; most of which were on using inmates as sex slaves. He posted a bail of $50,000. Just imagine what would happen to him if he went inside jail. They might serve him the same way…

Of course, we are assuming he is innocent until proven guilty.
