Abby Waner (video below) is a basketball player for Duke University.Waner plays guard on the team. Waner was observed to be one of the best scorers in the history of Duke. Waner is a gold medalist for USA Basketball.

Abby Waner had a taste in journalism when she became a sideline reporter for ESPN during a game. Waner is a member of ESPNU Campus Connection. Waner has interned at ESPN during the summer of 2008.

Abby Waner was born on Oct. 1, 1986. Waner is 22 now. Tim Waner, the father of Abby, was a baseball player for the Yankees.

    Not quite. She’s a college student, not a professional.
