Abby Toll, of Boulder, Colorado, hated her boyfriend’s dog. Toll wrapped the dog in packing tape and attached the mute upside down on a fridge. Toll’s motivation was because her boyfriend refused to get rid of his dog. The dog was a Japanese breed called Shiba Inu.

Abby Toll, 20, got herself arrested on Tuesday, April 14. Toll was charged with felony cruelty, drug possession and other related charges. Toll posted her $12,500 bond and was freed.

Abby Toll’s boyfriend, Bryan Beck, 21, faced lesser charges on animal cruelty.
