Abbie Jane Swogger, 36, is a former teacher’s aide for a western Pennsylvania high school. Swogger pleaded guilty to charges of having sexual contact with minors, giving them alcohol and drugs. Swogger threw a party for 3 teens in a hotel room in New Kensington in Feb 2009.

Officers who arrived at the hotel room found beer and crack cocaine. Swogger was present along with 3 teens. Swogger has been accused of having sex with teens on different occasions.

Swogger pleaded guilty to 10 charges related to sex, drugs and alcohol. Swogger was sentenced to 3 to 6 years in prison. Swogger will have to register as a sex offender when she is released from prison. Swogger will then face 36 years of probation.
