The 8 year old boy who killed his father Vincent Romero, and their lodger, Timothy Romans, was allowed to go home to his biological mother for Thanksgiving. Michael Roca, the judge, allowed the young Romero to leave the juvenile detention from Nov. 26 noon until Nov. 28 noon. Judge Roca said if the boy was late or did not turn up at the juvenile center, both mother and the boy will be arrested.
